SAD
nature is as nature does
this time it's really bad
although I have enough reasons
and nothing makes me glad
it snuck upon me
like a thief in the night
holding me
so very tight
a myriad of emotions
no sleep is to be found
the days are just as bad
I schlep myself around
and only those
who have met the beast
know there is no party
at his table you're the feast
I need no sympathy
I'll just do the dance
until it moves on
in the Spring perchance
nature is as nature does
this time it's really bad
the thief in the night

such a nice name for depression

and the sounds that you hear only makes noise

ooit vond ik heel veel troost in de woorden van iemand die zei: een boom kan enkel maar groot groeien en veel loof dragen
als eerst de wortels diep gegroeid zijn
pijn, verdriet en weemoed zijn nodig om de vreugde draagkracht te geven
en het onderscheid te maken tussen gedragen vreugde en de bevrediging van snelle impulsen
ik zeg dit zo maar
het verandert niets aan de realiteit van het voelen
misschien vind jij er ook een tip in om vol te houden
