Moonbeam
sometimes when the moon shines
over the water positioned just right
it throws a long silvery path
of inviting heavenly light
and I wish I could walk on water
on such a magical night
in the distance you would have
my silhouette in your sight
and you'd tell your children
last night you saw a sprite
dancing on the moonbeam
in everlasting delight
