door killea

Emotions knocking on my internal door
walking in the embrace of dawning
dormant feelings I have known before
engulfed by beauty, rediscovered
along the canal lined with weeping willow
tears flow from eyes which have been covered
the long fronds caress me, as they gently billow
reflect on you with confusing sensation
outskirts of the village I begin to run
mixture of fear, adoration and elation
fields glisten in the morning sun
bejeweled with simplicity of dew
my being overflowing with something new
regeneration, love, nature and you
