Completely Lost

Getting lost is what I do well
streets become a blur
as if I'm under an evil spell
my life goes into a whirr
I drive but cannot find the way
up one road and down another
advice along the route
new confusion, every other
lane, avenue, street, road
my path is never complete
searching for my destination
until I am totally downbeat
then I rest awhile and call out
you come and find me
and when you do I follow you
knowing you are the key
