Morning Mourning

door killea

Need more time
not for the dead
so many things
still to be said

memory will always stay
of talks all night
and laughter all day
games that you much better play

around the corner
beyond the bend
tears of regrets
will never end

grave had waited patiently
the give and take of history
another notch for misery
beckoning, lay down in me

pain filled glorious morning
sun caressed dawning
departure the agenda
sorrow, emptiness, mourning
