Being her
I can't wait to see her,
feel her, hear her voice
and I can't wait
to smell her aura
I can't wait to see her smile,
the wrinkling around her eyes and
the fair skin with the red shine,
to see her look and smile at me adoringly.
I can see the vanity of these words
but it's my mind seeking
distraction from the strain
yet giving way to its ponderous infatuation.
I want her here and yet I don't,
an ambiguity of living, by far the most unbearable,
so rare in its disturbing and pleasing power that
I won't remember its grip the moment
it lets up,
my ignorance once I regain my sight.
A thousand promises I make to myself,
uncountable viewpoints I try but I can't see,
my soul squirming with anxiety's chronic vexing
through an invisible line that
leads to her shadowy being,
one that I so desire but can't just yet possess,
one that I need but can't take.
I want to endear her and I can feel my heart pouring,
I want to keep myself whole and caution her,
I not only think of her, I am trying to be her.

Groeten, J - killea
Wonderful, Jurgen, just wonderful

Jurgje,
Maar Being her is toch niet zo moeilijk qua woordenschat? - secret
liefs
