The sweet taste of nectar
lingering on words hidden
knowing they touched
what was forbidden
written in style
drink, drink of me they cry
naked, in a bed of awareness
invisible, they let something die
in the light of dawn
ahead of the feast
recognition so clear
of the nature of the beast
