door killea

Time has wings


naked trees at night
silhouetted by moonlight
moving shadows
on barren meadows
internal cold
melting the gold
icy is the price
paid for the vice
a change of face
carries same disgrace
everything so inane
always less to gain
ghostly figures swing
on gossamer-like string
beauties everywhere
connections of despair
iniquity sweetly sings
while time has wings…
