feeling but not wanting to feel
mysterious words ring in ears
hear the chimes of the bell's peal
levels of wisdom which equal truth
are travelled in and out, displayed
body language says it all
even though at times delayed
agreements made, not kept
been down that road before
you'll not hear the bloody tears wept
but the sound of a closing door

he feeds the gun slowly, one by one
and wonders when the deed will be done
