door killea

Cannot bear the pain I feel
my existence so unreal
to invite anyone in
would be the greater sin

gave my heart
for a new start
took it back
off difficult track

when I look behind
at the chaos I find
only my rock I see
no longer waiting for me

choking on my goodbye
angry at the watching I
silent in its scrutiny
of the desolation over me

love too deep
just want to sleep
respite from sorrows
of no tomorrows
