in these sad and difficult times
feeling lost in a labyrinth of distress
I do not exist anymore, though I try
I am no longer over myself the mistress
my yoga teacher tells me to communicate
with nature, hear, feel, see, the death and reborn
so tearfully I lean against our big, old oak tree
got hit on the head by a falling acorn...
